All ads must be submitted as a PDF file. We accept only CMYK (no RGB) files. Any black color in the ad should be pure K, 100% Black (not a CMYK composite). Colors should be constructed with as few elements of CMYK as possible to achieve a desirable color. Total color saturation for any element should not exceed 230. Any font less than 10 point should be pure K. No font should be less than 6 point. All fonts should be embedded in PDF. We do not accept Publisher files.
Email all ads by Friday at 3:00pm to graphics@cmcherald.com. Emailed ads must be done as a PDF to the size and color of the ad that you reserved for that issue. WE DO NOT ACCEPT ADS AS RGB FILES, All Full Color Ads Must Be Done In CMYK and submitted as a PDF file. Contact the graphics department with any questions about ad specifications 609-886-8600 ext 22.
